Payment details and accepted methods will be communicated in writing before project commencement.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions, clearly outlined before work begins.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
Revisions are limited to creative or aesthetic adjustments (e.g., pacing, tone, or visual changes). Major conceptual or structural changes after approval may require a new proposal or timeline.
All final projects are delivered in professional-grade video formats optimized for digital platforms.
Standard aspect ratios include 16:9 (landscape) and 9:16 (vertical), unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is made through secure digital download links or cloud-based sharing systems.
Alt Eye Media retains backup copies for a limited time, but clients are encouraged to store their files safely upon delivery.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final, delivered video for agreed purposes (e.g., promotional, entertainment, or personal use).
Alt Eye Media retains intellectual property rights over design assets, processes, and proprietary creative elements used during production.
We reserve the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials, unless a written confidentiality agreement is established.

Deposits or retainers are generally non-refundable, as they cover time and resources allocated at project start.
If Alt Eye Media cancels a project for any reason, clients will receive a refund for any uncompleted work.
All visuals produced by Alt Eye Media are designed using digital and AI-assisted tools.
While we strive for cinematic realism, the creative results are artistic interpretations and may vary based on style, direction, and technology capabilities.
Clients understand that AI-based outputs are influenced by creative parameters and software systems, and final visuals are subject to artistic discretion.
Alt Eye Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
We are not responsible for external technical issues (e.g., platform errors, social media compression, or third-party hosting failures) that may affect the appearance of the delivered content.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alt Eye Media and its team from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of materials or information provided by the client.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
